EMF-Reduction works to help people reduce their exposure to electromagnetic radiation (EMR) (EMF), in their homes, at work and in schools. We do assessments to identify sources of high EMR and suggest measures to reduce EMR exposure. My wife and I have worked for ourselves doing fine art restoration for many years. We lived in a beautiful area for many years, and it was a hard decision to realize that in order to protect our health we needed to move. Our private well was being poisoned by an underground toxic plume coming from the town dump. We found property in Amagansett, NY, eastern end of Long Island, that was free of toxins. The property was surrounded by 200 acres of hardwood forests, as well as being 160 feet above sea level giving us clean water and clean ocean air. We designed and built our passive solar home, free of toxins, which we lived in for many happy years. A few years ago after discovering that electromagnetic radiation (EMR) was the cause of my wife’s declining health, removal of EMR sources in our living environment became an immediate necessity. U

ing EMR measuring meters we located EMR emitting sources, removed or reduced this EMR in our home to safer levels. In the absence of this EMR my wife continues to regain her health. I am a Building Biology Institute Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist (EMRS), with a degree in chemistry from Southern Illinois University. I have always been involved with energy conservation and the protection of the environment. I am a past chair of the Long Island Sierra Group. The Building Biology Institute “mission is creating a global village of awareness”, “to help create healthy homes, schools, and workplaces free of toxic indoor air, tap-water pollutants, and hazards posed by electromagnetic radiation”.
